Astral Festival returns for its sixth year

Christmas has come early, which means surely we can stop with the Mariah Carey and get back to the trip? Thankfully we’ve got your back. This year Bad Luck have been working closer than ever with our friends at Stolen Body Records to bring you the sixth year of their annual festival, formerly known as Bristol Psych Fest. Despite the change in name, it’s still the same independent festival you know and love, and you know 2019 will be the biggest year yet.

The first line up announcement has been announced, with a lot more to come. Topping the first phase is Japanese ethereal dark noise four-piece Bo Ningen. Along with the dose of heaviness is Gnod, Bonnacons of Doom, Part Chimp and Earth Tongue. Garage rock pioneer King Khan and the Shrines will be bringing their full band, and Bad Luck favourites, the ferocious and unstoppable force of Slift and the spaghetti western Clapton cowboys Creatures, are sure to make you fall in love. Check out the full line up in the poster above. Don’t forget, we still have a load more to share with you.

Tickets are available now here. You can check out the Facebook event here. See you there!
